Ingredients:

One and a half cups of crushed ice

Two and a half cups of pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)

Two medium-sized oranges (peeled and cut into small pieces)

One large size mango (peeled and cut into small chunks)

One small piece of ginger (peeled and diced)

One large banana (peeled and cut into small pieces)

Half a cup of water

Instructions:

At first, take a good-quality blender. Now gather all the ingredients by your side. Add pineapple chunks, orange pieces, mango, ginger, banana, and crushes ice into your blender.

Blend all the items at a low speed. Keep blending at a slow speed until the ice chunks begin to break into small pieces. 

The blending will take almost one to two minutes to mix all the items thoroughly. You can increase the speed of the blender to medium after one minute.

Uncover the blender and check if the mixture of all items is smooth or not. 

After two minutes, you can add water to thin the smoothie. This step is up to you if you want to add the water or not.

Take a tall glass and pour the smoothie into it.
